Yellow Transportation Delivery Policy

• THE TRUCK DRIVER ONLY DELIVERS, HE DOES NOT UPLOAD.
  
  
• When this cage gets delivered, the customer must have the ability to take the cage off the truck.
  
  
• The driver will NOT help the customer get the cage off the truck, unless they are willing to pay for a liftgate which is $$$ extra.
  
  
• The customer can either have friends help or take break open the boxes and take the pieces out one by one.
  
  
• Also, unless the customer notes damage on the bill of lading, we will not ship a replacement.
  
  
• Customer should call Yellow Transportation in a few days from now, and schedule deliver of cage to her home. She can 1-800-610-6500 and reference freight no.
  
  
• You can call Yellow Transportation at 1-800-610-6500 to track the order or arrange the shipment.
